Normal Scheduling services may not be provided on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Urgent care transportation will be available 24/7.

1  Recipient will be coordinated with other passengers

2. Give needed information; including escort if medically neccesary or special needs(Name, Address, Phone Number, Birthdate, Directions, Trip information, inluding name and location of facility and or doctor)

3. Shall not be under the influence of illegal drugs and alcohol

4. Abide by signs in the vehicle

5. Abide by safety seat belt regulations

6. Call 72 hours in advance unless urgent care

7. Cancel a trip as soon as possible

8. Shall not engage in any abusive, disruptive, illegal or violent behavior, such actions could result in loss of transportation services.

9. If you pose an immediate danger to the driver or passengers, the driver shall call contact Dispatch for assistance.
